LAMAR CTC Lighting

LAMAR CTC Lighting established in 2010, provides innovative lighting solutions/lighting components for residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, industrial and sports projects. We design and develop project specific lighting solutions for internal spaces, external spaces and facades in conjunction with our clients, architects, engineers and contractors. We manufacture and supply lighting fixtures complying with latest industry standards for internal use (general, wet areas, specialist/ bespoke), external use (streets, roads, landscaping, sports), building facades and industrial/hazardous use. Our professional management team supported by our specialist lighting designers and experienced staff, work in collaboration with our clients in providing lighting solutions/fixtures complying with the project Quality Standards, the project Schedule and the project Budget. Our business is built on client satisfaction and in developing long-term working relationships.

Services: LAMAR CTC Lighting designs, develops and customizes project specific lighting solutions. We manufacture lighting fixtures in Riyadh, KSA.

Design: LAMAR CTC Lighting has an in-house lighting design team capable of verifying the adequacy of the client’s lighting design and developing an innovative cost-effective alternative lighting solution for the client. If required by the project client, LAMAR CTC Lighting can also retain the services of an independent Lighting Consultant.

Customization: Interior and Architectural Designers require customized lighting fixtures to realize their design vision for specific areas of a project. LAMAR CTC Lighting will design, develop and test the customized lighting solution and fixtures in compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

Manufacturing: LAMAR CTC Lighting has a modern manufacturing facility in Riyadh, KSA. Lighting fixtures are manufactured, assembled and tested for use in the residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial and healthcare sectors.

LAMAR CTC Lighting operates a Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015. We also operate an Environmental Management System in compliance with ISO 14001:2015 and an Occupational Health and Safety System in compliance with ISO 45001:2018. LAMAR CTC Security

Specialist Fencing Systems (SFS), a HCIS licensed contractor, are providing comprehensive perimeter security systems and solutions since their establishment, in 1975. SFS Engineers, Procures, Manufactures, Supplies and Installs turn-key perimeter security systems, in addition to individual
security components as required by our clients. Our products include high security fencing systems complying to the HCIS directives, crash rated/welded wire mesh/chain link fencing systems, security access control including gates, turnstiles, vehicle barriers, bollards, tire killers, road blockers, anti-ram barriers, card readers and perimeter intrusion detection systems complete with lighting, CCTV and the integration/control of the complete security system.
Our professional management and experienced staff are delivering turn-key projects to the specified Quality Standards, on Schedule and within the project Budget. We encourage partnership by working in close collaboration with our clients and all project participants, thereby achieving
client satisfaction and long term working relationships.

Services: SFS provides the required Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing and Installation/ Construction services for their projects.

Engineering: SFS has an in-house Engineering team to prepare the design layout drawings, project specific fabrication drawings and the installation drawings with all technical documentation for each project. Our team also manages, collaborates and coordinates with our specialist
subcontractors and vendors for their input on the drawings and project technical documentation.
SFS provides Design and Build services by using in-house team in conjunction with an independent Engineering firm to complete the design and construction documentation for projects.

Procurement: Responsible for procuring the required materials for the factory, projects and subcontractors. The procurement team is supported by the engineering team to ensure compliance with the contract drawings and specifications and prepare the material submittals for approval by the client.

Manufacturing: SFS has a modern manufacturing facility in Riyadh, KSA. Fencing system components are manufactured, assembled and tested for use in the projects. SFS operate a Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015. We also operate an Environmental Management System in compliance with ISO 14001:2015 and an Occupational Health and Safety System in compliance with ISO 45001:2018.

Installation/Construction: SFS provides an experienced construction management team for each project site. They are responsible of the delivery of the project to the required quality standards, the project schedules, to budget and for handover to the client.

The project site teams are supported by:

Project Control Department (PCD): PCD are responsible for the projects Planning and Scheduling, Contract Administration, Cost Control, Progress Reporting, Invoicing, Payments and Cash flow.

Document Control Department (DCD): DCD are responsible for the receipt, distribution and registration of all project documentation in the Documentation Management System.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control Department (QAC): SFS operates a Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015. A project specific Quality Plan is prepared for each site to ensure compliance with the specified standards.

Health, Safety and Environment (HSE): SFS operate an Environmental Management System in compliance with ISO 14001:2015 and an Occupational Health and Safety System in compliance with ISO 45001:2018. We are committed to providing safe and healthy work environments for all our employees, staff and visitors by adopting, implementing and monitoring our zero accident safety policies.
